This gorgeous couple first booked me four years ago when they gave a maternity shoot gift voucher to their friends but everything was done by post so I never actually met them until yesterday when they were ready for their own bump shoot! Shamir is a very keen photographer and has taken lots of beautiful photos of Nina throughout her pregnancy, and whilst most maternity photos are about the bump, naturally he wanted to be in some of them too
   
Ooooh what a beautiful head of hair 7 day old Lewis has! Sometimes it’s about the little details . . . like the soft downy hair on a newborn baby’s shoulders, and the wrinkly skin. Although with most shoots where there is an older sibling, like two and a half year old Beth whom was quite enchanting, and an absolute whizz at nappy changing, you always want to get a shot of the two of them together . . . even if one of them is moving around like lightening

From Nana & Pop Pop to Beth and Lewis – We cannot stop looking at the pictures of our two wonderful grandchildren – Wendy – they are amazing.
I love photographing newborn babies and fall a little bit in love with them all. Infact Primrose was so gorgeous that I almost took her home with me. I arrived at the same time as the midwife, which is something that hardly ever happens normally, but Primrose was soon ready to be photographed and the rest of the morning went like a breeze
